Are You Afraid of the Dark?

My last update tonight before my first sleep in the house.

Spent most of the evening unpacking, and checking out some of the rooms in the house.

After my find earlier this morning, I've been feeling some bad vibes in the house, and I wanted to do something about it. I know there is bound to be some sceptics reading this blog, but bear with me. Ever since I was little, I was drawn to the energy of crystals, and the potential influence they have over people. I'm hoping placing a couple around the house will give me some sense of ease(fingers crossed.) My selenite tower is placed by the living room window, and there’s a bowl of crystal quartz and black tourmaline on the dining room table, and I’ve arranged obsidian and smoky quartz in the bedroom; all stones for protection from negative forces and energy, obviously. There’s also a chunk of chalcedony in the microwave, because I hate microwaves.

Now that it’s dark out, the phenomena with the lights is much more pronounced. I actually feel like the light switch is physically more difficult to push up. At one point as I was eating dinner, every light in the house went out. Just for a second, but still. Remember that feeling from when you were little? The one where you have to walk through a dark room by yourself, to reach the light switch, and you can't help but wonder if you're being watched?

As I was taking photos earlier this afternoon, I kept an eye on the rest of the street, especially around dinnertime. I expected to see people getting home from work, but I must have missed whenever that was.

Fair amount of cars on the street, but no neighbours to be seen yet.

And then this happened-

Maybe you'll see something I missed.

Happy Hunting.
